We have installed pools for Atlantis - you've got to look at all the quality inclusions they put in with their pool packages. We generally have charge customers who purchase pools elsewhere another $900 because of the bits and pieces missing that Atlantis Pools include as standard. All the plumbing, PVC Pipe fittings and extra rubber gaskets along with the far better filtration systems makes our life as installers much easier - its just works better and is easier for the customers and installers.

I did buy my saltwater pool from Atlantis as the location was convenient for me but the customer service was extremely lacking. I felt as though i was treated like i was not important. After i bought the package i was refered to a company called "Above Ground Pool Installation" and a guy called Michael and his father. AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS SUB CONTRACTOR. I had nothing but problems with these guys. Error after error in installation and just down right rude and lazy. The pool is a stern pool with a good quality filter system. The products itself that they get from third parties i cannot fault. Its a shame of the dealings i had with them. Would i go back to Atlantis. A big NO

Bought a pump and filter last August from them. Steve who installed it was a champion. But, Its now not pumping even with half the power. Tried calling 6 times to their office number and 1300 number. No answer. Stay right away from this company if they are not already closed.

I was impressed by the web site as it was very thorough.. BUT that was where it ended. No service, slack lazy dont care attitude. I was wishing to buy the pool but took too long to get simple answers. Not a good choice. I will chose elsewhere
