Fantastic service from Des when buying a woodfire heater. He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right heater for the space. Super quick service and the guys they sent to install it were super professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves and affordable. Went in on the Thursday to have a look. Had a beautiful warm home a week later!

I bought a fireplace and flue kit from Attards. It's a fantastic wood heater and they were able to install a great flue. I have solar panels on the roof above where the fireplace was installed and they were able to effectively install a flue at an angle and with extra height to prevent soot falling onto the panels. Great customer service.

If you're looking for a wood heater go to Attard Steel. The best customer service. Great guys to deal with. Fantastic showroom - all models and loads of knowledge. Supplied us with a wood pellet heater and arranged installation. Couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend....save yourself the bother of shopping around.

BUYERS !!! BEWARE !!  !

Phoned for a general inquiry about installation. I was asked where I would be purchasing my wood burner from.

If you don’t buy from them direct they do not want to help you in any way possible! Interaction was hostile, no customer service etiquette whatsoever.

Would highly recommend NOT wasting your time with this business. ?

Looking for wood fireplace?

Go check these guys out. Great service and knowledge of their wide range. Easy to deal with.

The quality of the fireplace and custom flue kit is worth the price in the long run. Have seen cheaper kits around and you get what you pay for. Don't want my house on the news after a fire!!!
