Very disappointed with the service received. In fact, I received no service. I enquired online for a toolbox to be made for my caravan. I received a prompt email back saying they would contact me very soon. I waited a week, received no communication, and then went to see them. I spoke to the guy on the counter. He took the details and the drawings and said that they were busy and there would be six to eight week wait for the box to be built. This was ok with me. In the meantime he would organise a quotation for me. It has been well over six weeks and I have heard nothing.
They are obviously not interested in smaller jobs, and have no customer service. I have since had the box made elsewhere in Newcastle.

Avoid avoid avoid this bussiness cannot be bothered

Booked in to have aluminium sheets bent traveled 2 hrs to get there to be told no we can do it tomorrow. The man that I spoke to was so rude and when I told him it was booked in he said bad luck tomorrow
There Is another sheet metal bussiness that will do your bending for you and is right around the corner
