Another day of exceptional service from Audem Electrical! So far I’ve had three visits from Audem: comprehensive electrical safety check after a roof leak, a quote a few days ago, and then the jobs carried out today: dishwasher replaced, smoke alarms installed, and the upgrading of the switchboard. Thank you so much to Matt, Dan, Lexie, Declan and lovely Liz in the office. Everyone I’ve come into contact with from Audem has been so pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, organised and helpful. All my questions were answered and information/explanations provided. Work was carried out thoroughly and in a timely manner. Cleanup was great - everything left neat and tidy. It is also very refreshing to be notified prior to arrival and to have people arrive on time. “I recently had Audem Electrical install a new air conditioner, ensuring continuity with my existing units. During the initial quote, the electrician made helpful suggestions regarding necessary upgrades to my power board, including adding circuit breakers and other essential features that were missing.

On the installation day, a team of three electricians arrived. They worked incredibly efficiently, explained the upgrades to my power board in a way I could easily understand, and ensured everything was functioning perfectly.

Rory and Ben were great. They did a great job installing two air conditioners in the bedrooms. They were on time, worked around us and air conditioners were installed tidily and looked great. Great communication, easy to deal with, and will 100% use them again. My experience was golden. When I rang to ask for a quote, I had the quote within an hour. Job was booked for a few days following acceptance. I received confirmation the night prior by email and SMS of the job time for the following morning. I received notification that the electricians were on their way the morning of the job. They arrived promptly, were exceptionally polite and respectful, performed the job very well, and frankly, I couldn't be happier.

This is the second time I've used Audem and again, very happy with their communication, professionalism, and the work performed.

I've recently had the Audem team work on a few things including new garage light, AC install, and switch relocation and disconnection. The initial quote process with Dan providing advice and solutions was thorough. Liz, Abbie and Maddison in the jobs team were prompt, friendly and accommodating with my subsequent communications for further advice and to rearrange a few things.
