Weigh bridge fun and games… weight taken with driver out then with driver in when final scrap weight taken so they get 100kg for free.
That being said.. Guys on site very helpful and easy to deal with and other office staff nice and friendly.

The customer service needs improvement. Staff were rude and unhelpful. and the yard was disorganized. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a better experience.

We always use Auscon for our scrap metal collection. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, especially Darren & Dylan who do our collections. Nothing is ever too much trouble 🙂 Thanks again guys!! Staff at OnPoint Automotive.

The guys in the office are great to deal with, but the older lady at the weigh bridge was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a business. The way she responds to customers asking for clarification (impatient swearing at them) is unacceptable, and, if it weren't for the great guys in the office, I'd recommend that people avoid the business.

Worse service in town, quoted 1 price over the phone, only to be given a lowball price after dropping the goods off in thier mudpit of a yard. Cashier guy has no people skills and knowledge of how to deal with customers. Been a loyal customer for years now, not after today. Good luck moving forward with your business with your bad attitude.

Poor service and communication. Made a 2 hour round trip to drop off some wheels only to be told they don't want them, even though I'd emailed them with the appropriate details. Was told "he probably didn't read the second email".

Unprofessional!
Called at 9am to get someone to come pick up our trailer.. had been told before 4pm..
Called again 3:30pm to be told the driver is on the way. Never showed!
Waited all day for a no show.
Very unreliable would not recommend this business!

2 females working at weighbridge station on 13 july 16 at about 9.30 am. Younger one easy to deal with but the older one had a real attitude problem. She probably didn't realise i could hear her swearing at me while i was positioning my trailer on the weighbridge. She may want to consider a change in jobs if every customer pisses her off that much
