I had a 6.6kw system installed with Sync Energy. Martin was very good to deal with from the beginning, and once I had made the commitment, everything happened effortlessly from there. The installers were an extremely professional and courteous group of young guys and when they arrived I mentioned how I’d prefer some panels on the Western side to the Eastern side as I am rarely up early using power because I work late into the evening. They immediately understood my concern and switched the layout to Northern and Western facing. As the install happened very quickly, I hadn’t had the time to get any spare roof tiles, but the installers were cautious and never broke a tile. The Risen panels with the Growatt inverter appear to work well and I am eager to see what my bill will be next time it arrives. My neighbour was asking me about the system and as a result of my experience, Toby is now installing a similar system with Sync Energy. Martin just sent me a thank you text message for putting in a good word for them. All in all, very happy with my system and experience, it is a clean install and works well, I’m looking forward to my next bill and happily recommend Sync Energy.

It has now been a few months since my Solar was installed and I couldn't be happier. The customer service was great, explained the options and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. It was a great price. The installation was booked in much quicker than I had expected. On the day, they explained what was happening, made sure I was happy with placement and ran me through the operation of the inverter and app afterwards. I now no longer pay a power bill and end up in credit each month.

This is a long overdue review for the Sync Energy team in Brisbane. I had the pleasure of working with them for a 10kw setup.

I contacted Sync Energy through Facebook and I was connected to an expert solar specialist. They checked my roof remotely and sent me their plan on how they'll put up the solar panels and allowed me to choose my own setup. I initially looked at Fronius but after looking at my options, I went with Growatt and Longi due to their product warranty and market standing. It was also an added peace of mind that they guarantee 12 years on their workmanship.

I did not feel any pressure to decide immediately at all and was given the time and freedom to check on my finances and other considerations.

After looking at 5 quotations, I went in with Sync Energy and I think this was one of the best decisions I made. The installers were friendly and showed me their CEC-accreditation and they cleaned up after they were done installing. They explained about solar such as solar hours, setting up my wifi to connect with my solar system, looking for errors, among other things.

Thank you guys for setting up my rig. 6 months in and it's still functioning as new. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome and I shaved around 70% of my electricity bill.

my home required solar panels to be replaced and Sync Energy came back with the best quotes. we have not looked back since. Found them to be great team and they were quick to respond when we needed their help for after sales service.

The salesperson at sync energy use very pushy, desperate tactics such multiple calls, bad mouthing other companies, multiple texts and calls after I told them I'm not interested, continuing to put pressure to purchase, literally said they would price match a local solar company i said I'm not interested, then called back literally 10 secs later saying they would beat the price, just gave me a dodgy vibe.

There website says a 10kw system starts from $5600 but they just dropped $1300 after 5mins on the phone with them, not a great look. They sent me an email telling me they have 150 Google reviews and a 4.9, but that's not the case.

We had a 7.9kw solar system (with Leapton 440w panels) and Growatt 6kw inverter as well as 18 Optimisers (due to shading issues) installed by Sync Energy at our home in September 2021. I can honestly say that we could not be happier with the performance of the system installed. Martin from Sync Energy, who helped us through the system design and setup was absolutely fantastic and everything he organised was absolutely perfect.
I must also thank the installers from Sync Energy who set the system up and also registered it with NSW Fair Trading and AGL our electricity provider. Their workmanship was perfect and they were also very lovely on the day of installation.
Well done to all the team at Sync Energy and we would certainly recommend Sync Energy.
PS One of our friends have recently installed a 13kw system from Sync Energy and they are also so happy with the systems performance.

The salesperson sounded very nice. I sent ll required information and photos to them. Sync then sent me the quote via email and I promptly signed the online contract and paid the deposit.
In a 5 week time the order has been cancelled with the response that there are no available installers in Brisbane.
