AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Lithium batteries catch fire!
Will not respond to emails if there is an issue.
Returned the battery as it was faulty and they said it was fine. Tried to get a second opinion but the company refused to test this brand due to potential fires(should have taken the clue) After first use I returned to it completely burnt. Thankfully the caravan survived. After talks for a solution they just stopped responding. Would give zero stars if possible. What a headache and waste of money!
Spend a bit more and get quality!
BATTERIES CATCH FIRE!

They have actually responded - why didn't you email me with this? This was the last sentence from your last email to me and then radio silence:
"This will be the final steps to completing this claim."
Why did you stop replying to me?
I followed all of your install instructions, I was told that it didn't need a 12v installer for warrenty and this is not stated anywhere on you website.
Secondly there is a vent to outside.
And thirdly you claimed that the wiring was not sealed... Of course it wasn't sealed after it caught fire! It was all sealed beforehand and neat following AS.
Maybe if you bothered to inspect you would see these things.
Why did you stop emailing after saying the claim was being processed?

ZERO STARS NOT ONE STAR
ordered Batteries on 10-01-2025 it’s now 21-01-2025 and still not arrived. Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast and no batteries, if they walked them to my address they would have been here by now!!!! Numerous emails back and forth with no solutions, the courier company AUF is not contactable via phone number and customer help tab. Very dodgy if the batteries ever arrive I’m now doubting their quality, I feel sorry for Merv Hughes having his noggin on their website. Don’t be fooled by cheap prices, as the old saying goes “you get what you pay for”. Make sure you read the negative reviews and be guided by them I reckon the positive reviews must be paid reviews. Will never deal with this company again and will never recommend them to anyone.

Avoid this company and they're lithium batteries, nothing but trouble, and they want to put the blame on you for they're lemons, dodgy little backyard shed, useless, do yourself a favour, buy good quality AGM and you won't have a problem.
