We originally had a fancy letter box from Aussie Clotheslines which was destroyed by a felled tree during a freak storm in Ellenbrook. No other damage, just the letterbox.
Spoke to Dylan on a Friday and had a new letterbox installed on the following Monday.
They didnt have our replacement in stock so Dylan suggested a similar and bigger parcel pillar box the same colour which we purchased. The final invoice had unexpected discounts due to their compassion and we're very pleased with the end result.

We purchased a wall mounted clothesline and requested the installation option. The job was done within a week. The installer called the day before install was due and confirmed he would be here at 8am. Turned up exactly on 8am. Great quality install, left the space clean and cleared away the left over packaging and took it offsite. Simple job - but very well done from start to finish.

Just wanted to share how helpful and considerate Aussie clothes lines were with my recent purchase of two new letterboxes for my family. While receiving excellent service over the phone, my son decided on a different model when he went to pick them up. This was cheaper than the original model I had chosen and the company was more than willing to refund the difference. Great service and two happy owners of new letterboxes

Having had the handle and latch give up the ghost to the WA sunshine, we were ready to replace our rotary clothesline. Finding the Aussie Clothesline site, and having decided on a replacement, I then discovered that they offered a repair service. A couple of emails including a quote later, followed by coming round yesterday (precisely at the time specified), and my clothesline (which other than the damaged parts was in good nick) is repaired, cleaned, re-lined and looks like new, at considerably less cost than if I'd had to replace, and indeed lower than the original quote too!

Polite and professional throughout, I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Thankyou so much!

Have recently purchase a washing line and letterbox plate from Aussie Clotheslines and Letterboxes and couldn't be happier with the service and products that I received.

Discovered ACAL via Google. Noted the great reviews so travelled to Joondalup to see what products they had on offer.

A lovely family run company where nothing is a problem and any queries I had where easily answered either by phone or email. Purchases were easily made and install was quick and efficient.
