Have had outdoor roller blinds installed some years ago for a fantastic price.
Had a small issue with one of the blinds well outside the warranty period but Kirk came out and repaired it for free.
Couldn't be happier with the product or excellent customer service from Kirk and Odette
Would highly recommend and use them again.

This is the second house we have used Aussie Outdoors Wanneroo. We went back a second time because the original job, price and service were outstanding. Deal with Kirk for quotes and installation and with Odette for all Admin. Their products are top quality. Pricing is far better than competition quotes plus turnaround time is exceptional. Both Kirk and Odette fully understand Customer Service and practice it better than others. We have again recommended this company to others and will encourage family to use them whenever needed.

I had my patio blinds installed by Aussie Outdoor Blinds, recently I noticed the frames were coming apart. I phone Kirk and messaged him with the problem. I was asked to have a photo taken and sent to him which I did. Easy to fix was the reply. On ringing Kirk to get some answers about the repairs I was told he was very busy and was recovering from surgery. It’s over six months and the problem has worsened. I had to get help from someone else. Thanks Kirk for such bad service to your loyal customer. Would never recommend your business to anyone as the service is very poor and workmanship substandard.

I have had my blinds installed by Kirk and he has done a fantastic job . He has always got back to me with any questions I had and was punctual with his site visits . I have recommended them to my friends as well who have been happy with their service . Also a plus that they are all made locally as well . I would highly recommend these guys

Terrible customer service, arrogant and unhelpful. Full of excuses rather than apologising and trying to inform us of the process. Thanks for wasting my time, my money will be spent elsewhere.
