Have a package sitting here that was supposed to be delivered a week ago. During the time I’ve been waiting other Australia post deliveries have arrived, yet this particular one seems to just be sitting around. Why would they have sent a delivery van on the route near my address and not delivered the package? System seems to be completely nonsensical. I’d love to go pick up my package myself but that doesn’t seem to be an option, they need to either make it an option, or get their deliveries out on time.

Paid for express delivery, took 1 day to get from Melbourne to Brisbane but over 1 week its been sitting in the redbank facility and every time i call they said i have to wait and nothing they can do. It takes 20 minutes to deliver it to my place. I still haven’t received my parcell and they wont allow me to pick it up. This is the Last time i use this service. Very unprofessional and pointless customer service not having a clue what to do!

My parcel from NSW for Delivery for northside of Brisbanewas sent to Redbank Plains. Redbank Plains has now sent it to WELSHPOOL, WESTERN AUSTRALIA. This parcel will now be delivered about 2 weeks after it has been sent from NSW. I paid for Australia Post to deliver this parcel. LETS HOPE I RECEIVE IT. Don't know why it didn't go to Northgate Qld 4013 for delivery.

For some reason my parcel ended up here instead of its regular route and is now lost. Tried to contact auspost and was patronized and told to write a letter and that my complaint will only be taken into statistical data and won't be handled by anyone. Along with that I was advised that there's is no head office number or body corporate to complain to. Absolutely disgusting from a multi-million dollar company.

Driver didn’t attempt to deliver my parcel, had not taken it to the post office delivered it back here which they now cannot find the parcel, very dissapointed as the parcel was quite expensive
