Even as a PO Box customer (which I thought would bring more safety + security to my mail), they managed to lose a $1k parcel that was sent to me (and should have been in my PO Box, but wasn’t) + have been incredibly slack in looking for it, and they very rarely answer phone calls. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. Definitely will not be renewing my subscription.

These guys are lovely and so good at all the stuff you expect, location is great and the boxes have such a nice little spot to chill while you collect mail. Really appreciate these guys. Feel like a proper postal service.

On site staff are great, only 2 designated parking spots for whole post office however. Contractors that do passel delivery are terrible in Currumbin. Can’t count how many times I have missed my delivery while being at home, for the postie to say “no one home” or unable to deliver” right at the end of the day.

Trying to run a business, packages never seems to arrive at the delivery destination, they always go to the post office and never seem to get delivered for false reasons, they outright lie. Not sure who is doing the courier service for this lot but they need to enquire why this is continually happening. Very poor and affects my business.

Friendly staff who don't try and rip you off like the staff at Elanora The Pines post office. Every time I go to Elanora PO the staff are miserable and rude. The staff at Elanora PO also try and get me to buy a $12.50 parcel for 5kg if I want to send a small item that will fit in a $2.20 envelope. I find the staff here at Currumbin PO are more polite and don't try and rip you off like the rude thieves at Elanora PO

I love that Currumbin PO is open Saturday morning. My Friday delivery was supposed to be left at the front door, (even if no one was home), but was dropped at Currumbin PO, which is hard to retrieve during a working week. Such great service from the owner of Currumbin PO.
