I had a very good experience with Merrylands post office, hence was looking forward to same or better with Emerton Post Office. But it turns out otherwise, that they have become worsened down with time. Anytime I get a parcel that doest fit into my mail box, they strait away take it to the office, when am present home waiting for same parcel. No card is left behind. Only to be sent an email after some more than 30 minutes that it's awaiting collection at the post office. You can do better Emerton Australia Post.

Absolutely rude service. I went to collect a registered post. When I handed the rp card she said ,"id" I got my id out and she pointed on the counter, no words...rude....I said what are you pointing at...she pointed again whilst speaking to a another customer . I handed my id over, she gave me the letter,no acknowledgment rude as service

Very poor and slow service, they will have a busy line going outside the store and they still barely work and don’t make any effort, when making contact with customers they are very rude difficult to work with and have a lot of attitude. I have been here multiple times and never seen someone walk out of the store happy or even say thank you because they don’t deserve one. The 2 workers female and male are always speaking bad about the customers in the store in their own language and it’s very uncomforting . Honestly do better.

I have sent some home made cookies to one of my friends as a gift. I used express delivery.. it reached the next day but everything was open it seems like the have already started eating some of it in the way.. when it reached there the boxes wer opened the cookies were broken and everything was mixed..

If I could give no stars I would. One of the worst places to go to, their customer service is the worst. I wanted to ask a quick question whilst the lights were on and the door was down but they proceeded to sneak at the back and leave without helping me out. Not only that, I have called them numerous times more than 10 times before closing time (3:00pm) and no one picked up. I called them again infront of the office and no sound was coming from the phone, the worst ever.

The lovely lady that served me in this post office this morning really went out of her way to help me, I didn’t even have to ask but she saw that I was spending a lot on postage and asked if I was aware of sending my parcels through the Australia Post business account. She then helped me set up the app on my phone. Such awesome customer service! I will be saving on my future parcel postage thanks to her. This is the type of customer service that really stands out! Thank you so much.
