Incredibly rude male staff member and when I made a complaint they couldn't care less because it looks like he’s the owner’s son!

I came to renew my passport and had my photo taken. The younger male staff member was incredibly rude about my appearance in my photo and very condescending, I then needed to post something else and he talked to me like I was an idiot when I asked for advice on the best way to send something overseas. I was very upset and had to leave. After I collected myself I came back to make a complaint and the older male staff member just smiled and said 'ok' and did not care.

Rohil was an incredible help! My package got turned away from Berlin, and he took extra care and effort into getting it back to me. He also personally contacted me to update me on the process and make sure that my package would not be turned back again.

I cannot recommend this branch enough, especially for Business related matters and customers.

One of the best on the Gold Coast. They have everything you need to send letters, parcels, lovely selection cards and gifts.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Love that it opens at 8.30am Mondy to Friday and it opend half day Saturday

I picked up my parcel from Helensvale LPO two weeks ago, yet I keep receiving emails saying I still have mail in my PO Box. When I checked, the box was empty. However, the staff rudely insisted that my parcel had been stored for three weeks, even though I already collected it.

Their system clearly has errors, but instead of helping, the staff were dismissive and unprofessional. This kind of poor service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Please update your records properly and improve your customer service.

Staff wanna print document from vevo instead showing on the phone. After print they don’t wanna keep the print copy. As government officer requesting showing on the phone device to showing to them. Totally Not efficient!
Hands off for this post office!

one of the worst experiences with post office, went 4 times to the office to apply for my child passport( 1 hr drive ) but they kept lying about what they had said the time before and ignoring what we were saying. Extremely rude male and female staff. Both ganging up on me being a 15 year old child with both non English speaking parents
