They gave my Medical Delivery to a person down the road from me who signed the POD fraudulently and is now in possession of stolen property, unauthorised use of a Restricted Drug. So now I have AFP investigating. I wouldn't want to be at tgat house when rhey knock so loud the doors caves in ..oops! Should have walked down the road to my place but thats not possible now. The driver coukd be charged abd at best I'll see to it he never operates in our area, his job is toast.

I will not let this go!!

Post woman cannot be bothered getting out of car to deliver parcels nor fill out the card with any information. They never answer phone at the post office, when you have to go in they are rude and useless. I don't think they can read....actually they cant because they have given our parcel to someone else completely, no i.d. checked or anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Possibly the worst courier service, never catering to customers needs and always a problem with ahat is supposed to be there job as the only courier in the local area, overall poor service from the managers/owners, I would recommend going elsewhere if you would like to receive your items on time 👍

Absolutely poor service don't answer phone in fact will continue to hang up on you, even rang back 1 ring then hang up, unprofessional. The reason behind this review is simple our large urgent parcel went to this post office which isn't even ours and excepted by staff considering its labelled to be delivered to an residential address.

They don't answer phone calls (probably because most calls are complaints). They 'postman' doesn't deliver parcels, he just leaves a card so you have to do the job for him. I'm pretty sure the cards are pre-filled before he does his run. I hope Australia Post reads these so they can see what a pathetic representation these people are.
