I have been going here for years and the staff are always very friendly and helpful, even when they are busy.

The drivers these past few months have been lazy with their deliveries. Not even attempting to drive down our driveway, leaving our packages out in the rain even though our front door has a huge undercover area. Or leaving a card in the letterbox even though we are working at home and on the driveway right outside the front door. Very poor form.

They didn’t even deliver my parcel and leave it in the post office for me to collect. And I can’t even reach the post office by phone to request for a delivery. What a bummer.

I was there yesterday with instructions from Australia Post with their tracking no for return item scan code on my phone. The young girl was not helpful told me I had to print the scan code out myself. Refused to look at the instructions from Australia Post on my phone. I then went to Officeworks to print the scan code out myself. Bought a padded Post Bag while there. Then back to the PO with my padded postbag. Different lady this time who said my scan code was to big then proceeded to print the scan code out herself from her machine at the counter from the tracking code, then got a padded postbag from the back stapled my return items inside and charged me for the padded post bag, while mine was sitting there on the counter all the time! WT Just shaking my head. (Officeworks staff Robina fantastic so helpful!)

Great post office 5 STARS particularly the blonde lady whos extremely efficient in processing my international parcels I go there regularly now given Robina has many people in the lineup for passports ect the wait time there is becoming unworkable....Go Mudgeeraba 🙂
