I just went to the Post Office that is located in Noranda with my wife who is Hijabi and there was a lady who was standing at the front counter, once my wife entered the store she started to pretend that she is busy doing something with a small box, I waited there saying nothing till another lady got in the store and immediately she jumped to serve her.
I believe that she was a racist which is something unacceptable in Australia.
I highly don’t recommend dealing with that store and its staff.
I hope that the Australian government pay some attention to these kind of people.

This store is amazing and the staff are fantastic. If you want to contact the store, it is best to go through the lucky charms Facebook page.
I was having trouble calling the store as I was on holidays but my parcel was still here when I got back, and the ladies were very helpful and told me how to contact the store in the future.

Attended at the Noranda Post Office today for the first time. Exceptional. Greeted with a smile, both officers on duty were professional, helpful, knowledgeable. We needed some documents verfied, which took some time. The officer serving us was extremely efficient, and while he was busy with us his co-worker was helping all the other customers. Each one greeted with a smile and a "can I help you" - northing was too much trouble. All in all, a delightful experience and a few of the larger Post Offices could take a lesson from the Noranda Post Office staff. In fact the whole shopping centre was a lovely experience. Well done Noranda.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. My favourite post office.

Edited: I have been trying to call the post office 10x for the last two days. In the end I went there and asked about their telephone. Apparently their telephone is placed at the back and the staff cant hear it when they are busy or at the front. Non sense!!! Move your telephone so people can reach you!

Absolutely the best Australia Post within the Morley, Embleton area. Staff are always helpful, always smiling, and treat all their customers with respect and equality.
I recommend going to this one instead of the Galleria one, period.

All i can say is that this is The best post office to exist in perth .huge thanks to the blonde lady ( i dont know her name) for being kind and patient with me.i really appreciate your work and your customer service..thank you..ive had so many bad experiences in the past with ellenbrook post office cause im an immigrant and most of the time they are really rude.but this post office is the only place that helped me out .thank you
