Very bad experience with the parcel delivery people. Twice this week : As per the tracker it was showing parcel is out for delivery from 8:30 am waited till 5:30 pm parcel didn’t turn up. Same thing happened yesterday. Received email saying that parcel is returned back to post office .Not sure why people are not doing the job properly

Absolutely useless POS people! Delivery drivers don’t even knock to say you’ve got a delivery. Just take to the LPO and be done with it then people have to take time out of their day and do the job of the delivery drivers and go deal with the rudest and volatile people who work in Australia Post. Need your ID but don’t actually take the time to check it. A door knob would do a better job than these people!

Absolutely terrible service! This place will never get my business again. After waiting in line for a while to send a parcel, the older lady working, that wears glasses, was so rude, when she decided to serve 3 other customers before me, who came in a short time after me. She had definitely saw me waiting before them and she still didn't care and continued to serve them and even served someone who had just walked into the shop. After that she still saw me waiting and decided to stop for a break to have a big long drink of water as she looked over at me. She didn't say sorry or anything for the long wait or for serving the others before me. I would not recommend anyone to this post office!

Subcontracted Delivery Drivers won't deliver; they just take the money they're supposed to be paid to deliver, check off "attempted delivery" on their app FROM THEIR HOME WITHOUT EVER ACTUALLY ATTEMPTING THE DELIVERY, AND DROP THEM STRAIGHT BACK TO THE DEPOT WITHOUT EVER HAVING ATTEMPTED A SINGLE DELIVERY! AND they steal packages, had to chase this up MULTIPLE times! Thank goodness for tracking numbers!!! And because deliver drivers are subcontractors AUSPOST REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!! TALK ABOUT PASSING THE BUCK! DISGUSTING LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY!!! IF DELIVERY DRIVERS AREN'T GOING TO DELIVER; STOP PAYING THEM FOR NOTHING AND JUST GIVE THE PICKUP NOTICE SLIP TO THE NORMAL POSTIES AND SAVE US ALL STRESS, TIME, AND MONEY!!!

Bad Service, Need Staff that Care for their Customers, I am a local and the only reason i use this post office is just that i am local and its here, Today i finally realize that these people really dont care for their customers and if you have questions or service you are better off going somewhere else. They either Cant or wont help you with your postage inquires. Replacement of staff and management needed.

Honestly the rudest and laziest staff I’ve ever come across, they stop sending mail at 5 with the excuse “we have lives” yet they close at 6. Walked In at 4:55 waited in line for 6 minutes, then was told rudely we don’t send after 5 and refused service. Would avoid this place at all costs. (This is not all their staff, some are wonderful just certain individuals)
