Australia Post Ravenshoe is a very well run machine. Nicole is lovely and friendly and does an excellent job. They have a wide range of packaging products on the shelf for sending packages. We definitely recommend Australia Post Ravenshoe for all your postal services.

The owners, management and staff at the Ravenshoe post office are exceptionally helpful! They are a friendly team who always go above and beyond to help. Nicole is extremely efficient, helpful and proffesional . Read another review on here that is a pack of lies, dont let the truth get in the way of a good story.

Wonderful customer service from this branch - had an eBay customer claiming his item hadn't been delivered. I spoke to staff; the item was there waiting for him.

I informed him, he messaged me back an hour later claiming his wife had been there, and there was no package.

I again contacted Ravenshoe LPO - they again confirmed the item was there.
