The postie on the little scooter bike doesn't knock (or at least not loudly), so I finally bought a door bell, so that I could hear when he comes. Today, the door bell rang, my 10 year old son and I went directly to the door, but the postie was already gone. So.... again, another trip to the shops, to wait in the line, to get my package. I just don't understand why they even bother to send them on their routes, if they are going to take off before you even have a chance to answer the door? I debated chasing him down, but he didn't hear me as I waved and called to him from my driveway.

I've never had a problem with service at the post office, other than there is usually quite a line (probably everyone getting their undelivered packages). The staff have been polite. And we had passport photos done, which were not too bad.

Absolutely hands down most rudest staff in any post office. I generally drive out of my way but today I had no choice.. Passport photos taken absolute rubbish, she was rude and wouldn't allow me to view until paid.. Every other post office I have photos taken at has at least given me a look as to whether happy or not! The woman was rude and frankly gave the attitude I don't give a damn😡 drive the extra distance for a clean uncluttered and respectful customeservice

I've always been a bit critical of this post office but today I've had an experience worth mentioning. I had to complete a passport for my daughter I arrived at 4.45 they were busy and I got to the register at 4.50. The owner said wait to the side and he will get it sorted he served a few customers with quick sales first then helped me. Halfway along we realised id forgotten the old passport. He offered to stay open until I got back. By the time I left the store it was 5.30 half hour past closing. 4 stars not 5 because I agree the store is a bit cluttered and from previous experiences.

I will leave negative starts if I could. Me personally & my family and friends always have problem doing our passports & passport photos here. It has been tolerable but this time the pain they - especially the white, short hair, grumpy looking lady put me through when I try to apply for my passport is just unacceptable. She gave me wrong info to go to NAATI Perth Office to get the "original translation" for my birth cert which is the service they don't do, she wanted the "original translation" even if that is not the requirement stated in the form or the website and doesn't accept it when I show her that on the form. I have PDF version stamped by a certified NAATI translator in an email which is good enough for the Immigration Department to grant me citizenship, but obviously not good enough for her. She mockingly asked me whether I google about it, repeatedly told me" we're just the agency, we're not the Passport office".
In the end, I did my application online and spend the money at Warbro post office. They will not go broke just because I don't use their service but seriously, lift your game up mate!

I travel further past other post offices to go to this one specifically. The customer service is excellent, staff very friendly and the lines are never huge. Owner is very nice and recently renewed my passport no hassle, no waiting.

Excellent staff! Always friendly and extremely helpful. Ive been going here for the last six years! They helped me from sending packages to other countries to checking through my passport application and making sure i had everything filled out and correct.
