This post office the office in general is awesome workers are awesome the man (name unknown) and April they are both awesome anyways reason for my one star is Australia post when they do deliveries either deliver to my next door neighbour or same number and street as mine but in Logan Lea now if I didn’t have a means of communication or if this lady wasn’t to upfront and honest human being my mail would not get to me this happens every time I order something making me not want to order online just encase they deliver to somewhere I don’t know I have received this ladies mail as well again very lucky we are both decent human beings and not someone who doesn’t give a dam and just steal my mail Australia post do better or I will take it as high as I can go

On the website it shows that th post office would be open, be on arrival it was closed. Why can't these people put the correct information on their website, instead of wasting my time and petrol.

As a local business near this post office, we use branch very often. Every time April is working, we have such a pleasant visit, she is always welcoming and smiling and very quick with what needs to be done. Highly recommend it!!

I find this location difficult to get to.
Opens at 9 and closes at 5pm.
The reason of having to visit is to.collect items that are not delivered when paying for delivery. I have on many occasions asked why the postie takes packages there when they don't open on a Saturday.
This needs to be considered for the customer's accessing your store.

From the first day that I went there to open a mailbox I have been very impressed with the excellent service and help from both Sue and Andy. I’ve never had a problem with their service and they are always ready to help. I agree with a comment made before that in this area there are some very ‘not so decent’ people but that doesn’t seem to affect their terrific customer service and smiles. I guess how you treat others is how others treat you. I’ve lived in three states in Australia and have been to many different post offices, this one is by far the best and most welcoming.

I should give a rating below zero. Yesterday afternoon, either the old guy behind the counter was dum or pretending to be so. He did not open his mouth even once, just using sign gestures and looking behind his backside, then suddenly he started shouting loudly at a customer in the other queue while still serving. Australia Post should be aware of those bad apples not good for it's reputation. Cheers.

super heroes of the community mostly 2 workers the boss and older lady both work very hard have fixed issues asap and always smiling I have sent many parcels from here also all over South Brisbane this post office moves packages quick before the flu now they still moving them faster than any other post offices do ! while dealing with low income high crime and drug area the stuff here cop alot for many years it's about time someone gave them a fair review not one that is made on how I'm feeling for the day as many come into this store entitled and angry! this is the same for all store on station road unfortunately definitely not the staff 100 percent return customer thank you for your service note new owner!
