worst post office ever. would not accept a delivery from a courier even though they are registered as a parcel collect drop off.

Our mutual Customer took in a damaged item here to process a claim as it states on the APO website. Item was not even looked at and the answer was the sender needs to claim. According to head office the recipient needs to take the damaged item and all of its packaging in go their local post office for assessment. A form is to be filled out for compensation by the recipient. This has always been the case. The Woolooware post office were very unhelpful and need to learn the correct procedures.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Wills Rd Post Office over the past 12 months, my 14-year-old son has been subjected to intentional rip-offs and denied service on multiple occasions. I feel compelled to share our frustrating experiences to caution others.

Firstly, there was an incident where my son went to the post office to send a package. Not only was he charged an exorbitant amount, three times the normal price, but the staff members were completely unhelpful when he questioned the excessive fee. It was evident that they were taking advantage of his age and lack of knowledge about postal rates. This behavior is unacceptable and exploitative.

On another occasion, my son visited the same post office made a purchase. However, he received significantly less change than he was owed. It is alarming to see such dishonesty, especially towards a young customer who trusted the staff to carry out a simple transaction fairly. This incident further highlighted the lack of integrity at [Post Office Name].

Additionally, my son was recently denied service altogether because he was deemed "too young" to post a parcel. This refusal was not only discourteous but also perplexing since there are no age restrictions for posting items at other post offices in the area. It is disheartening to witness such blatant discrimination and a disregard for customer service.

Overall, I strongly advise against using this post office. Their unethical practices, intentional overcharging, failure to provide accurate change, and discriminatory treatment of customers based on age make it an unreliable and untrustworthy establishment. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I encourage others to do the same.
