Moved to the area a few months ago and unfortunately due to zoning regulations our mail gets delivered to Woombye LPO…. and we have had mostly unpleasant experiences here. I have a young baby so, for convenience, I buy a lot of nappies/wipes and similar stuff in bulk online. Every time I have gone to collect any of these items from the post office I’ve been met with complaints, mostly from the older staff, about how large/heavy these items are and also how long these items have sat awaiting collection despite me coming within 5 days since it arrived at the post office Obviously we would ALL prefer my post to come to my actual house by the sounds of it so why be so unnecessarily rude about it? There have also been a few occasions where I have been in to collect more than one item and I have been told there is only one item to collect, then I have to come back again. Such a waste of time honestly. Avoiding this place like the plague and sending our mail to the address of family close by instead

Horrible experience today being served by an older gentleman who was so rude and obnoxious after a simple question about posting an item. I’m a frequent customer at this post office and every other person working here in the past has been lovely. It’s a shame because I am a resident of the area but won’t be coming back to this LPO now and will go to Nambour down the road to avoid such an unpleasant experience. If you have poor customer service skills you shouldn’t be in a customer facing job.

Came in to return a parcel, hadn’t had chance to print the label yet. Russel and the lady (didn’t catch her name) were really welcoming and helpful. Printed the label quickly for me and got the item sent off. Great employees, a credit to aus post 😊
