Had to buy Block and Fiddle from here one of the most professional places I have been too. Kelvin was very helpful and very experienced. They also did postage for my equipment very happy and very quick. Thanks guys

A fantastic fully stocked chandlery in the heart of the Gold Coast City Marina. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who just showed me a couple of great products, a FixnZip and ProPower! The first fixes broken zip slides in a heartbeat and the latter is the best toilet tank treatment on the market! 100% NATURAL, consumes odours and rids a system of crystallisation, awesome!!

Met with an extremely negative Female manager who was exceptionally uncooperative and who took exception to me asking for a quote for two electric winches to compare with another quote I got elsewhere. I was very open and up front about it because the value was over $10K. She was very rude and after I told her it was to compare with one other quote, she said that the price would be whatever the recommended retail price was from Harken- and she wasn’t interested in getting not a price war. Totally uncooperative and dismissive. I will never go back there.

Large variety of boating equipment and they had the items I was looking for friendly and informative staff, told me directly to the items I requested, in and out within 5 minutes, for me that's a record in a chandlery lol

I travelled 2 hours to the self proclaimed “Australia's Leading Chandlery” to pick up a list of pretty common chandlery parts. I was expecting a large store full of stock. Instead it’s a pretty tiny shop with half empty shelves with a very limited selection of items. Every item I wanted the said “Oh we can order that in for you”. Any store can order items, and I could order online and save the 4 hour round trip drive to this tired little store. I did buy a few things and had to wait at the counter for a few minutes before I had to interrupt 3 of the staff having a good old whinge about another customer. Not impressed at all, it’s not worth visiting this store if you actually need good on the day of visiting.
