Incredible service once again.

Called after hours and had someone on-site next morning,new tank installed before lunch and hot showers once off-peak kicked in that night. From the boys doing the install to the manager working out payment a really friendly and professional team. Hopefully won't need them again soon but when the time comes, no question I will be using them again!

Australian hot water installed a new water heater for us three months ago, the quote they offered was the best among three companies.
Yesterday I found the outlet pipe was a little bit leaking (not emergency) and contacted them, they responded very fast and came to fix within 24 hours.
I met three team members of the company since I contacted them for a quote, they are all professional, nice and helpful people.
A reliable Australian company, highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied. Matthew came and quoted. It was nice to talk with someone obviously experienced and thorough. Isaac and John installed the new system and removed the old one, which included taking the solar panel off the roof. Quietly competent, they just got on with it without fuss. The new installation is very neat and they took the old system, roof panel and fixtures away. Very happy to recommend.

Excellent work from the team over at Australian Hot Water Caringbah!
A massive shout out to Cameron the technician that came out to install my brand new Rinnai B26, I'm telling you what cool guy. It was put together very quickly, he explain everything clearly and even checked out my taps inside the house to see if everything was all good! Well done brother, somebody get that man a beer!

Amazing service, super quick response, excellent service and outstanding all round. John came very fast and fixed my old hot water system. He is fully equipped, careful, diligent, extremely experienced, precise and a lovely bloke with it. I fully recommend Australian Hot Water. Excellant service, booking online was very easy, Ryan turned up on time, very efficient, clean up and nothing was a problem, explained everything and happy to answer any questions.
