Excellent Service from AustWest Outdoors in Canning Vale. Called up Friday morning requested a large Vuly Trampoline, Mark arranged payment with me and had the team deliver and build it by 2pm! Really appreciate how quickly they were able to do this! Thanks again ☺️

Plenty of parking around. Open full days weekdays and half day Saturdays.

Very impressed with the service with the team at Austwest Outdoors. I had ordered a Trampoline directly from Vuly and there were several issues, the main one being a 2week delay that was not mentioned. I had then spoke with the team and they were able to put one aside for me to pick up in the next couple of days. Highly recommend this company, with their professionalism.

Hills folding clothesline installed by Austwest last week. I inspected the clothesline today (6 days after install) and noted one of the posts wasn't square. Short story: The post holes were too shallow; there wasn't gravel at the post base; quickset concrete was used and the clothesline was installed shortly after pouring concrete; very little concrete was used and was at a depth of 200-250mm; I pulled the posts out of the ground with one hand; one of the posts was deeply scratched during installation and he didn't even attempt to remedy with touch-up paint; and the clothesline would have fallen over if we attempted to use it.

Completely disgraceful and I'm waiting for Austwest's response.

Bought a trampoline through Austwest and they were great. Made sure it came before Christmas for me even though I was ordering late and we're super helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great little spot with good selection of clothesline & mailboxes. Most importantly, they have excellent staff members who are friendly & knowledgeable. A gentleman answered every question of mine & took me to the right products after understanding my needs. Cost wise, they are well priced. In saved a lot of time & money when the salesman knew what I wanted straightaway. Well done guys!

They were so helpful with which trampoline and monkey bar selection that would be best for us, offered us super competitive pricing, perfect installation and their follow up customer service is some of the best we've ever had.
