The guys were on time and did an amazing and professional job. It was a big unit to complete and there had to be some wall adjustments for power points and this was no problem for them. I thought it was very reasonable and the assembly was out of my wheelhouse so I’m grateful. It is also easy to book and negotiate the time. They tried really hard to access my timeline. Totally will use them again and recommended them.

Domenic came and started the assembly & then advised that parts were missing. He came back the next working day and did the job with the replacement dresser. He did a very good job & was great to deal with.

This company does not administer installations or customer service well.

The installation of a tv cabinet, table and sofa was done with poor quality, insofar that one of the table (two legs) detached from the table itself after 4 months. The front door of the TV cabinet fell off after 2 weeks..

They also messed up their invoices and where they were sent for some months. When I refused to pay until it was resolved, their accounts area (Jo) made unprofessional remarks about “how it would be a shame to impact my credit rating!”. When I subsequently raised this with the Managing Director (Gavin) he then told me not to pay as there was a discrepancy at their end. Three months later started sending me invoices again and making the threats of involving a debt collection agency. For $300… I paid the invoice for peace of mind... Next time I will buy goods pre-installed.

Auswide assembly provided outstanding service for the installation of a new basketball hoop in our yard. The team was recommended on Saturday by Vuly and when contacted they responded immediately. It was super easy to schedule the appointment for just 2 days later. Col and his partner gave advance notice that they were headed to our home and they arrived right on time. They provided very professional service and we are totally stoked with the hoop now they have put it together. I highly recommend this service and Col for his friendly and professional work.

I have used Auswide Assembly twice to help install a trampoline and a monkey bar set. Both times, they have been very professional and thorough with the job. Every care was taken to make sure the products were installed in a proper and secure manner. Even when there were a few pieces missing, they provided their own spare parts to help finish with the installation. They are very reliant and communicate well to work around the hours that suited me best. If I have to, I will be using their services again in the future.

Auswide came out to install our trampoline. They were willing to time it to suit our grand-daughter's birthday and they arrived on time and did a great job putting the trampoline up. Professional service from the office and a great job done by their installer. Highly recommended.
