Whilst travelling we needed a good mechanic and heard about Auto Masters reputation. We dropped in to got a service on my car and i am so glad chose this place. Paul and his team did an amazing job and were very thorough and it was amazing to hear he had only just taken over the shop as he was very knowledgeable. They gave us peace of mind that everything was checked and we would continue on safely. Pricing was very reasonable and the whole process is very transparent with the video. Highly recommend anyone needing work done on your vehicle to give them a go as Paul and his team are wonderful. 5 stars from me!

This is my first time going to Auto Masters Mirrabooka after hearing they have had new ownership.
My whole experience from start to finish was excellent - friendly reception, knowledgeable mechanic, and I really liked how they sent me an SMS with a link to a video recording of the mechanic Paul explaining all the parts on my vehicle that are worn/need replacing and what parts are in good condition, etc.
Great idea to build trust with the customers. Recommended.

This was the first time I have used Auto Masters in Mirrabooka. I had already had the problem diagnosed and had 2 quotes to repair my wife's little Toyota Echo so I was prepared. Their quote was the lowest of the two so I decided to give them a try and was pleasantly surprised, the guy on the front counter was friendly, helpful and professional, I didn't tell him I had 2 other quotes but his diagnoses of the problem and quote was spot on. The car was ready on time with a full report. Well done Auto Masters Mirrabooka I will be back. I don't often give 5 star reviews but this one was deserved.

Really appreciated our most recent service. Paul took the time to explain things clearly, and advised us of jobs that weren’t urgent and could be done later. He even fitted us in on the day I called. The car came back spick and span too.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

I’ve been servicing my car with Auto Masters Mirrabooka for the past two years, trusting them with its care. However, two months ago, I started hearing an unusual noise coming from the engine and took it to them for inspection. To my shock, they told me I might need a new engine and gave me a quote for $12,000!

Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. I visited two other workshops on the same day, and both confirmed that the issue was due to low-quality engine oil. A simple oil flush was all that was needed to fix the problem.

It’s clear to me now that Auto Masters Mirrabooka either lacks expertise or deliberately misleads customers. This experience was nothing short of deceptive and predatory.

Please, stay away from this place. Find an honest workshop that won’t try to rip you off!

Be aware! These guys are scammers . After giving them my car for repair, they informed me that my engine was seized. And they contacted me and a wrecker gave me $350. After 2 weeks, they put my car on Facebook Marketplace for $3600. In that Facebook add they mentioned only timing belt was replaced.
