Very unhappy with service. Must have been done by inexperienced mechanic. It was completely missed that my car needed new brake pads despite audible braking noise...so I replace them 3 weeks later myself plus the rotors that would have been fine if the brake pads had been fixed when I got the service. Service report said was at 30%!

No issues with battery before service. Was told it needed replacing but when went to pick the car up the battery had completely died. Not sure how it goes from working fine to completely dead in a couple of hours unless the battery test stuffed it up.

My car had a punctured tire on Monday. Since I had only been in Australia for a short time and did not speak the language well, I did not know how to deal with it. I saw the shop sign and drove over. The owner and the staff in the shop helped me fix the tire in a timely manner, and it was free. Thank you very much.

Was looking for a new place to get my car serviced after being messed around by the original dealership service centre. Called Autobahn Cockburn, got an instant quote (which was half the price I was quoted by the dealership) and was able to book a time that was convenient for me using the online system. Really quick and friendly service and the free car wash and vacuum is a nice bonus that appears to have been lost at most major centres! I will definitely be back for my future services and recommending Autobahn to anyone that will listen ☺️ Thank you so much!

A still bugs me to think we have a (previously reliable) car servicer across the road that we can't make use of. After they took my wife's car for a service, didn't clean the interior like they advertise, and told her she needed new tires, despite our fitting new ones to the vehicle less than a month before. Now we have to take our cars so much further to find someone who, not only charges a reasonable amount, but someone we can trust. Used to be a great business. On the plus side, I learnt how to change my own oil and filter. It really shouldn't cost as much as the main servicers are charging.
