Misplaced my engine oil cap and was served by a lovely young woman Alex at the Campbelltown store.. I didn't have any luck in finding a new engine oil cap though, but had purchased another at Repco which didn't fit. Alex after voluntarily cleaning the oil mess from it spraying everywhere, very well taped down the one I bought from Repco to ensure I'd get home from a two hour drive. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but Alex really went out of her way, Thanks again Alex.

I dont give many 5 star reviews but I feel my visit to Autobarn this morning really deserves one , great service and great.price for the items I wanted , the team there were friendly and helpful , it's nice to see something as such in this day and age .Cheers people.

Where as super cheap Auto Campbelltown is very unprofessional and unskilled staff! Bad customer service! If you like to save your money go to Auto-barn Campbelltown.

Is there an Auto place anymore that displays a simple battery chart for cars anymore ? Called in wanting a battery one person working in entire store gassbagging with customers. Pathetic walked out. Never had a good experience here

When it comes to car stereos the guys really know their stuff. The staff were able to answer every question I had comprehensively and helped me choose a Pioneer head deck which they knew would fit based on a photo of my old busted stereo.
Very happy. 5 Stars!
