Fantastic store with everything you could possibly need for your car and very well knowledgeable staff that are extremely helpful. Especially andreas, who helped me so much with the install of my roof racks for my Ute. Very patient and top bloke

This place has a lot of good reviews & granted I spoke to a lovely gentleman that was helpful. This 1 star is for the poor customer service given by the store manager. I haven't seen such rudeness in a long time. With him you make up your mind QUICK or dont waste his precious time. What an attitude. First & last time at this shop. Sorry to the nice guy who works there. You deserve 5 stars.

I don’t usually give reviews unless I’ve had a positive experience.

Went to competitors first - repco and super cheap, they gave poor service so I left without buying anything.

I approached the Team today needing help with understanding vehicle cameras and bolt sizes.

The team there was amazingly helpful, talked me through all available options best suited to my budget and needs.

I walked out confident I had the right product and even received a referral to fellow businesses to assist with the installation.

Overall 11/10 experience, it’s a polite customer oriented team, it’s definitely my new local store for car parts & accessories.

Anthony was a massive help, came out and looked at my car and fixed my power steering pump reservoir cradle for me and looked high and low for the hoses for it too. Just a bit help and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
