Fabulous. Holidaying at nearby Nambucca. Car fridge playing up - so wanted to test if the problem was the auxiliary battery. Dropped in unexpectedly. Had not finished explaining the situation and the lady had her battery tester in hand and headed for my car. She found it was low so she suggested charge overnight.. Returned the following day to confirm the charge had got battery back to healthy… But the salient point here is, the incredible helpful, proactive and friendly service. Absolute gems. Good old fashioned genuine service. And as an aside, the store has a handy selection of tools if you need something on the road. Strongly recommend worth popping by.

3 and a half hrs to do a 1hr job. He talked on his phone, took tea break, chatted to people out the back. Spoke to 2 other mechanics who confirmed even if there was an issue, it should not have taken longer than 1hr. Do not recommend. Get a quote and sus elsewhere for the time and price before you leave your car here.

Travelling from the Gold Coast to the the Southern Highlands I noticed a wheel bearing loose on my box trailer. The only spare parts place was Auto spare parts Macksville. Served by the lovely owner lady who was able to supply me with all the tools I needed to repair the job. Old school spare parts shop and independent from the big boys. Can't recommend high enough for the service. Thankyou.
