One of the main planks of the bed only had the holes drilled on one end. I had to buy a drill and bit set to finish building the bed.

When I was eventually contacted the service I received was very good. I was credited for the cost of the drill and my time with no strings attached, or a request to amend my review.

The service was really good. The price wasn't cheap but compared to the same style it is acceptable. However we found the smell of the bed to be so strong and pungent even after four days of fully fan ventilation with window open. I have purchased a VOC and formaldehyde sensor to check their levels to make sure it is safe for us to use with a young kid and myself pregnant. Does anyone else experience the strong and long lasting smell? How long did it take for the smell to go away?

Had a great experience from our first enquiry, right through to delivery and even putting the bunk bed together.
Glen responded quickly and knowledgably to our initial enquiry, kept us updated on the status of our order, and delivered exactly to the schedule that he told us (which was a quick 2 week turnaround from enquiry to delivery).
We bought the Regatta Double Bunk with mattresses and the quality is spot on.

UPDATE
Received my order - a triple bunk and pillowtop mattress and we are very happy how it turned out. Very strong and good quality wood/metal bed frame with awesome shelves. Mattress is super comfortable however there isn't a lot of room under the top bunk. I really appreciated the great service from Jamie and Glen, they were very friendly.

The woman I initially spoke to on the phone before ordering seemed cold and argumentative. I also don't understand why it takes 3 weeks to deliver 25km. Whatever it was I wasn't made aware

Top quality beds and excellent designs. You should find something to suit your needs and you will probably be surprised with the extra built in features that come standard on some beds. A must see before you buy a bed. I found these bed to have competitive prices in comparison to other beds of the similar make. Really Awesome Beds 4 Kids!!!👌

Great service! - We purchased a shop floor one which meant that we would only have to partially assemble it (which took 2 solid hours with 2 people so we were very happy that we did!)
We bought it on the Saturday and received it on the Tuesday.
I was expecting at least a couple of scratches from dismantling the thing and then the rolling around in the back of the truck. I thought "if it has a couple of scratches that is expected but I will take a video in case there is a glaring scar down one side."
The bunk bed didn't have any scratches on it - How is that possible!? even when I assembled it I chipped away a bit of paint - true professionals.
The lady and gentleman that heaved that and a heavy tall boy up the stairs were so professional. The lady was only about my height and slim - she has muscles though! I am amazed how they both got it up there.

I found the beds to be pricey. Quality seems good just as any other big store. The lady that talked to us wasn't rude however not at all friendly. She may of made a sale just out of our ignorance if she was friendly. We brought 2 kids beds elsewhere for a 1/3 off their price.
