Awesome service top bloke and made the whole thing even more awesome. 7 of us went in and we all had a blast . Different game modes and different guns to play with. Times were taken which was great for out competitive family lol. The guy also made adjustments in one of the games for my daddy as he was colourblind but did it in a way that wasn't rude just chill . Thank you

If anyone at the company is reading this please get in touch, I ordered a gel blaster for my kid a year ago, didn't receive anything other than an email saying it's too expensive to ship to Canada. No refund and no blaster yet even though I did say to just ship it anyway even if the cost of shipping would equal to the blaster price...

I have now spoken to Azrael and gotten this sorted with a credit. Thank you for your help and understanding. They sorted my issue quickly and effectively. Below is the original review of my issue that I had.

I brought a IWI Tavor. Which is a $980 blaster brand new with no upgrades. Nowhere and I mean Nowhere on the page did it say that it was a Ex-display model. I didn't get a call or any contact to say it is a Ex-Display.

Box was filthy as hell. which fair enough, its a blaster that's been sitting there with a "Tar 21 display" sticker on the side. When I opened it. I get a fun surprise. Instructions about the locks on the box? No where to be seen, Included hop-up, Missing, Included sling, Gone, Golden plaque that is what I believe a unique number. Never seen. When I pulled the blaster up, There is already marks on it. Paint chips, Dirty from people holding it with grubby hands, Paint stripped at the mag well from people pulling out the mag and putting it in. The metal has marks. it STINKS of what I suspect is silicone oil. from when they just hit everything with lubricant And they didn't even think about giving it a simple clean. For a blaster that's worth $980 that is ridiculous! If it was anyone else, they would call and mention that its a Ex-Display model and offer either a discount or something extra. ESPECIALLY WHEN STUFF IS MISSING!

So I did what anyone would do. I called up the shop, They basically just said "Damn" and didn't do anything, When I discovered more stuff was missing I called again to report it. Their response, "Send a email because they don't know anything about it or what to do." I have sent an email to them and sent a message on their website,

My 13 year old son and I went into do the activity at the back of the store. Such a disappointing experience. 3 rounds of a 3 second game and about 45 gel balls for $20 used for a pathetic game with a few boards put up out the back. On top of this the man in the shop Proceeded to “show my son how it was done and went through the game 4 times. I suggest if you want value and quality attend Oz Blasters where there is actual value for money.
