We were gifted a cot for Christmas. It arrived damaged but as we didn’t open the present within 5 days of delivery so Babyhood could blame their courier, they are wiping their hands of the problem. Quoted $200 to replace 1 panel of a $450 cot. Appalling customer service with zero compliance of ACCC standards.

Just spoke with Amani and she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy at all. We're first time parents and we left feeling supported and happy. Thank you!

Absolutely love this brand. They are a family run business and extremely friendly and their product quality is top or the line being Australian owned is a huge bonus

I purchased an Ergonomic cot and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. When I called to ask some questions regarding product specifications and assembly the customer service was both informative and friendly. When I cot arrived I had some issues assembling due to my own lack of experience but once again when I called for assistance the agent I spoke with went above and beyond to help me which I was so impressed with. The cot itself is quite large however if space is not an issue then I highly recommend. It is very simple to put together, very sturdy yet easy to move around as it is on wheels. My partner is 6ft and has recently had back surgery which is why we chose this model with the drop down side rail. He has found it to be a great height and transferring our 8kg four month old from our arms to the bed has been seamless. The drop down rail can feel a little stiff when you initially put the cot together so I recommend using some Vaseline to grease up the rungs but once this has been done we’ve had no issues. Thank you babyhood.

I recently purchased a cot from Babyhood and had the pleasure of working with Ally. Her expert guidance made the entire process seamless—from understanding my specific needs to recommending the perfect cot that combines both style and safety. Her patience, friendly attitude, and deep product knowledge truly set her apart. I felt supported every step of the way, and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend Babyhood and especially Ally for anyone looking for exceptional service and quality baby gear!

I thought the prices were good, and postage was quick. However the "cotton blend" cot sheets did not have the fabric mix listed on the site, and when they arrived they were 65% polyester. I also understand that the sheets come with embroidery selected at random, but I wish they weren't so gendered- I would not have chosen "little princess" for my son.

We got the Classic Sleigh Cot in white. While in store i played around with a couple of the other cots and they all appear to have the same side drop down mechanism. The cots are great! However that mechanism is an engineering embarrassment, such a sturdy cot with the flimsiest drop down mechanism possible that requires you to push it with your leg to operate it but it certainly wasn't designed for it. Lastly the instructions to set this up is incomplete and even when you do finally find the full set of instructions (video) you have to get your tuning skills out because even though it's a screw they cant tell you to unscrew 2 or 3 turns, you juat have to "feel" for it, we've cracked our front gate already because i didn't "feel it" enough...
