Absolutely the worst customer service ever. 2 weekends in a row, over charged by the same girl, first weekend the older lady was trying to help and still paid full price, then today, same girl still couldn't work out how to operate the till, got help from another who couldn't work it out, still over charged me after I said I'm in a rush don't worry about it, she then told me not to be rude, I told her to get training, she literally screamed at me and in an agreesive way, I've been here 10yrs and screamed out loud, no need to be rude. Girl, the only person being rude and screaming was YOU.

I purchased a few items today from Bakers Delight Hope Island. We always enjoy all of the our purchases from this store and have never had any issues. Today I was served by Annabelle. She was so nice and really seemed to enjoy her job. Annabelle served three other customers before my turn and she served all of us in a very professional yet friendly way and with a smile. 5 stars to Annabelle.

I LOVE this place!! Everyone is so lovely, I love having a laugh with you guys and I cherish it…I really do ❤️.
Now for the food…Baguettes are amazing as are the rolls, cheese and bacon rolls everyone loves, LOVE the finger buns (who doesn’t lol), LOVE the custard scrolls, Hawaiian Pizzas take me back to school lunches and today I bought the Lemon Tarts for the first time and I wish I hadn’t because now I love them to. I always look forward to popping in and buying something from you guys because you make me smile so Thank You 🙂🙏

Would give this outlet minus 5 if I could. Very disappointing service .
I have read the shop response and understand their efforts to deflect blame. I do have the app and use it easily. I did not talk inappropriately to the staff.She told me to go somewhere else. Yesterday I go to helensvale Bakers delight. This is a store I have always found fantastic. Gave them my phone number and wow up comes my rewards account. I appreciate their service and customer experience. Great store!!!

This Bakers Delight is hands down the best one round. From the owners to the rest of staff, they are always friendly and always happy to help you.
I have had food from other Bakers Delights and the food has not been anywhere near how good it is at the Hope Island Bakers Delight.
The food has always got plenty of filling from pizzas to scrolls and it is always cooked to perfection.
Come on guys get behind this wonderful family owned Bakers Delight as you won't be disappointed.

I bought a Custard Scroll today (15/11/2023) at around 4pm. The scroll was not cooked, the dough was raw and tasted very undercooked after I had a bite. It did not look like the rest of the scrolls in the window. I went back to the store and informed the young staff member that I was sorry to bother them but I really wasnt happy with the item, it seemed undercooked and I was worried about eating it. They told me that it was cooked and was just one that was made in the middle of the tray, hence why it was a different colour and pale compared to all the rest. I replied that I wasnt happy with the item and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I walked away and threw the scroll in the bin. What a waste of money and terrible customer service. Very disappointed as I used to love Bakers Delight.
