Perfect place to stop for a break during a roadtrip. Clean and well-maintained gardens and facilities, there are even concrete paths from the various car parking spots to the amenities! Lots of shade, park benches, garbage bins. Amenities are large, clean, airy, lots of natural light and feels safe, hand-wash and paper towels were a bonus! Kids playground for those who need to expel some energy, and close to shops for refreshments.

Nice shady little park behind the shops in the main street. There is a bus of Banjo Patterson here, the famous Australian bush ballad poet. We parked next to the park as there was no parking on the main street. Easy access past the hall and onto the main street. Then we just had to cross the road to the Yazzbar, a nice licenced cafe.

Very small park dedicated to the Australian poet Banjo Patterson. It's a shady area but there aren't much plants or flowers. It's good for kids because there is a range of playground equipment.

Great place to take a break when passing through, or near, Yass. Parking, toilet, shady trees, and picnic tables are all there- and only a short walk to the main street. Well done council!

A beautiful park right in the centre of the Town shopping area.

Easy to access from the shops, good seating - in the shade in summer, in the sun in wimter - small playground for children, close to parking for shopping, disabled & infirm friendly with easy access.

Has adjacent clean toilet facilities, including disabled.

Grab a drink & sandwich after shopping & have a rest.

The Council staff who maintain the park do a magnificent job - thank you.
