A female worker with multicoloured hair at the store, woke up on the wrong side of the bed... Argued the fact they are not obliged to tell customers about the LCC227 fitment needed for old gas bottles, bought a new bbq and they filled POL bottle with gas so I called up asking for manager and she told me to cut my losses on the gas and go to bunnings and change over bottles. She didn't realise that the manager previously apologised to me and said they are meant to tell their customers but must of forgot so he apologized and refunded me for the gas then I went to Bunnings and swapped over bottles. Anyhow all in a huffy she eventually said I will put you on to the manager which I said well that's what I asked in the first place. People like that shouldn't be working in customer sales as they hurt the company annoying the customers therefore lack of sales. overall the company is good, manager refunded me it's just those certain types of people in sales team that bring the company down, again shouldn't be working there.

Extremely rude young lady with orange hair.I went in to collect my Gass bottle that I had to leave the other day as only one person in store so she could not fill for me , I arranged to collect a few days later .All good she was friendly and apologised that as only one staff in store. I came in to collect my bottle and an other young lady could not understand why I was there , said can’t leave Gass bottles Told her what happened a few days ago that only one staff member in store!! She got a bit agitated and said she would bring bottle IF it was still there l replied to her arrogant attitude that they shouldn’t have only one staff member. she didn’t like me saying that and got quite annoyed. I went to the back of store and waited as she had told me as she was going to bring it out , she didn’t not !! I had to ask another staff member for my bottle. There were 3 staff there today
If this is the attitude and response from staff to customers good luck if you are trying to purchase anything from this store

I went into this lovely set out store at 11.45 last Sunday. I was the only customer in the shop .stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be served, the 2 girls in attendance would not make eye contact with me .
I thought that i mist be invisible so i said that i am just about to leave and one of the girls seemed to suddenly notice me then . What a disgrace. The one with the pink hair still hasn't seen me .

very disappointed, Michael you have to polish up your sales technique we felt very "left out" and we were not there we did end up buying a Beefeater BBQ but not from BBQ Galore It is a shame we have purchased other products in the past from BBQ Galore in Rockingham but sorry doubt if we will be back, If I can give you some advice Michael the customer PAYS your wages, maybe you might understand that, maybe not

I purchased a Hark Upright Smoker about 2 years ago. The 2 girls that sold me the smoker provided me with fantastic service. Over the years the same girls constantly go above and beyond. Great job girls. Great job BBQs Galore Rockingham. 10/10 service. 20/10 after service.

Had a bad experience

They had a barbeque smoker on sale, I tried to buy it, they said they had none in stock but if I wanted I could wait 4 weeks minimum to receive it from a different state.

I asked to speak with the manager.
I asked if there's an equivalent or better bbq for sale the manager said no the company doesn't do equivalent or better. I then asked are they going to take down the sign they said no they are forced to display items even though they have no stock.

I recently purchased a woodfire heater from Barbeques Galore Rockingham, the customer service was outstanding especially from Luke the manager, who helped with refunds, the first time was for stuff I didn't need and then less than two weeks after my purchase the heater went on sale, and again he processed a refund for the difference with no trouble at all.
