Has the best bread mixes for machines, and I prefer to use their yeast and bread improver as well. Makes a wonderfully light and delicious loaf. I love to be able to choose the different seed mixes to suit my taste too. Can order online with free delivery. All mixes are shrink-wrapped for easy storage and they last really well. Very happy that I found this local company.

Your speciality flours - Brero and French flours have taken my bread baking to new levels over the last 10 years or so I have been a grateful domestic customer. I bake bread more or less by hand, using a standmixer, hand kneading, baking stones and wooden proving box. The warm climate of SE Qld makes yeast cooking a breeze.

Being able to purchase good quality flour & other ingredients is a godsend. My Ciabatta, pizza bases, white bread, fruit bread, rolls are all the right texture, consistency & flavour that I like. People say they have never tasted white bread like it before. My partner is now using Brero white for her sour dough & she loves it. I order on line & pick it up a couple of days later at the post office service is great & the price is very reasonable. If anyone wants to bake their own bread give Basic Ingredients a go you will not be disappointed
