Ordered two vertical sundaes this evening and the ice cream portions were dismal, barely anything there, the size of a golf ball, as someone had previously mentioned. for spending a total of $30 i too would at least expect some decent ice cream in my sundae. Although the staff were relatively nice they took forever to actually create out sundaes and with little ice cream actually present they melted fast.

Attempted to visit today 10-15 minutes before they close but was very disappointed when the door was locked. The two young girls in there stared at me blankly as i waited by the door. Terrible customer service, neither of them even bothered to come to the door and apologise for closing early, nor offer me an explanation.

I purchased a sundae cup from them today and it was dismal, I was very annoyed as I paid $15 for it (uber eats) not to mention the ice cream scoops were as small as a golf ball. Ridiculous. For $15 i would at least like some ice cream.

Reading all the other reviews I must have come on a good day. Two young girls working on the Sunday, one seemed to be training the other. Both very polite but the more senior girl was lovely and really knew her stuff. No complaints at all.

We came in for an ice cream cake, and the young girl with brown hair was amazing. She was by herself and had the best customer service ever. Offered help and samples as we needed some guidance on flavours, was nice and patient with us 10/10 service, thanks!!
