Horrible experience here. I went in-store to grab a regular take home tub of ice-cream. The staff there then randomly told me to "check the price". I was confused so I told her "Isn't it 31% today for all take home tubs?". She seemed very confused and lost. I then repeated myself and told her that BR does 31% off on every 31st of the month. She then told me that their store does not participate in this promotion. I was then a very confused person and told her that I had received a notification regarding the promotion. She then asked me to show it to her while she prepared my tub of ice cream. After she had prepared my tub of ice cream, she put it in the freezer and told me she had to calculate what the price of the ice cream was after 31% off. I felt relieved that she probably finally understood about the promotion going on. Upon payment, she wanted to charge me $15. I took out my calculator and showed her that $19.90 - 31% was $13.73. She kept quiet and then typed $13.80 into the eftpos machine. I showed her the numbers on my phone screen and told her it's meant to be $13.73 and she told me she couldn't charge odd numbers? I told her she could since I'm paying by card through the BR App. She then put in $1,373 into the system and of course an error message came up saying "insufficient funds".

I still got my ice-cream in the end, after telling her to try putting in the correct amount to charge me.

Horrible horrible experience, will never visit here again.

Had the macaroon, ice cream ok but too sweet for me! Macaroon pretty ordinary, two bites all I could manage. Big cockroach skuttling around the floor. Server polite and friendly

Went with a whole bunch of my friends all at once one night and they didn't mind getting inundated near closing time. We were indecisive pickers of the flavours and the server was very patient.

No store there. Google Maps showed open but there is literally no store there as pictured here.

They called us after a deliveroo order was cancelled to say that they would drop it to us themselves. We sunsequently stayed up waiting for them. I called back after some time to be told that the manager changed their mind but decided not to call and let us know!

extremely slow service, you should consider hiring humans NOT sloths. over did the chocolate & i had to throw it out! what a waste of $10.50
