The workers would not even smile at us, depressed, bland and sad.. my daughter was so excited for ice cream and they didn't even smirk when she was jumping around so happy.. had a buy 1 get one free offer, which they made me pay extra for.
Emailed the company repeatedly, no response, despite receiving "tickets" from support....

Ice cream is good as always but the customer service is horrible. I came in yesterday and asked for a waffle cone two scoops, one mint choc chip and the other chocolate cookie crackle, there was a miscommunication between me and the worker and she gave me the wrong flavour, I stated this to her and she proceeded to place the scoop of the wrong ice cream back into the tub which had mint choc chip on it. I work in fast food where we are constantly having to be on top of everything, and for a job as simple as hers I wouldn’t be so grumpy. I left angry and unsatisfied!

The ice cream is very nice - but the service from the girls everytime I go there is very unpleasant. These never a smile from the staff and they honestly look miserable, even towards the young kids they never look happy. I understand it can get busy especially during the summer, but it feels sad

6.50 for one small scoop in a cup (would have been an extra $1.50 in a cone) I regret my decision on this one, my mistake should have given it more consideration.
Ice cream is icy in texture and not very flavourful.
Better off going to Woolworths instead

Amazing, supportive managers who shield their junior staff from difficult customers. I'm glad my kids work with leaders who know how to treat their employees well. The ice cream was delicious too! I’ll definitely return!

Went in a few times.
This is a very clean shop and the most helpful girl ( Bethany ) served us.
She was friendly, cheerful and suggested some great options for us.

Yummo. So many delicious icecream flavours to choose from either in cones, sundaes or shakes.

Great location right on the Rockingham foreshore. We went for a lovely beach walk and stopped for dessert.

We tried the Peaches n Cream flavour which was divine. My usual favourite is Choc Chip cookie dough.

Friendly staff.
