We came to the Hervey Bay in 2016 from the Gold Coast to settle in and build our next home. After doing my homework and researching the local manufacturers in Hervey Bay, we came across this lovely group of local people. I got a quote for our new windows and sliding doors and shower units, selected the style and colours etc. I was advised by Martin of the do’s and dont’s re window and screens and in all occasions he was correct, we received his quote, which blew me out of the water so as to speak and readily accepted, I did ask if he made a mistake and he said “NO, we want the business” .
SO…. 9 years later, all of our purchases are working as if they were put in yesterday, the conditions are still like new and in exceptional condition. Because we are now selling, the harshness of our hard water has marred our main shower and all advice is to replace as nothing can help. So 9 years later, I go back and visit Martin and happy Kim and ask for a quote to replace our main shower, Martin smirks….and says, oh no, not you again, in a welcoming manner and AGAIN gives me a price that more than suits my budget.. As I know these guys, I paid immediately just in case he made a mistake again 😁, days later, we have a brand new shower unit and as usual, looks fantastic, I’m ceramically coating the glass as our water hasn’t changed. I applaud these guys, true professionals, their fixers are polite, prompt and the best. They do what they say they do and Martin is tops, absolute pleasure to have been associated with these guys, they maintain their professionalism to extremes!!!!!

Bruce at Bayview Glass offers a very high standard of product and service. We had the misfortune of dealing with Bradnam's who are just about the worst company/product I've ever come across. Bayview Glass is the complete opposite - professional service and high-quality product. If given the choice, I wouldn't use anyone else in Hervey Bay.
