The best gym in the area! A welcoming environment for any fitness level. I feel motivated, have lost weight, am stronger, and feel much more energised to train. As a mum of a little one, it’s so amazing that I can bring my kid to train when I need to so I don’t miss a session- the trainers are so helpful! Would highly recommend joining BCHP!

I didn’t really know what I should expect only work out but what I found is excellent customer service, extremely professional, caring staff, especially Nik, I really appreciate him giving me personal time, also personal service, I never anticipated such care, thank you Nik and I would absolutely recommend you to everyone that needs training or to better themselves.

The team at BCHP are professional, passionate about fitness and you can tell they really care about their clients. Ben the owner even drove to my house and jump started my car for me one session!

I did PT sessions mostly, but the gym is setup primarily for group training & the energy in the room is always great.

There’s lots of other stuff going on too including training challenges, an infrared sauna, ice bath days (if that’s your thing!), social events and even dietician-run, interactive cooking classes.

They really go over and above to try and create a supportive community. If you’re tossing up between gyms in the area, I can highly recommend giving these guys a go.

I am addicted. Love the training support and teamwork in the training sessions. The training team really care about the individual and the progress and provide exceptional support. I recommend giving it a go and you too will become addicted.
