Friendly staff however the manager seems extremely unreasonable and therefore would not come back to this store. I purchased a ceiling fan from here that had minimal use and a known motor fault online with many other users experiencing the same issues. Models from 2022 have a 7 year motor warranty however my model for some reason doesn’t even though it’s the same make. No discount offered for a new unit as grace and wouldn’t even price match their own unit that was cheaper on eBay in store. Pretty disappointing seeing it’s a small inconvenience for the store to keep a customer happy and wanting to shop at beacon in the future.

Store products at time of going here seemed to be low in stock, however staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Parking is on the corner street Under Cover but hard to exit with the very busy traffic
