Useless.
They were booked to come on Tuesday. Waiting for them all day no show. No phone call to let me know they aren't coming. They tell me some story why they didn't come.

I call them and they book it for Wednesday. Once again no show or phone call to let me know they aren't coming. Another story why they didn't come. Unreliable, unprofessional. The worst customer service.

Excellent reliable service. Repeat customer and will definitely require B.L.W services again. Arrived ahead of time. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Job completed above standard and expectation. Even came to old northern part of Beaudesert Shire new Logan South Shire. Competitive prices meant I could get the job done sooner rather than later. Had all 3 systems (Septic, Sullage and Grease Trap) cleaned. Would not hesitate to recommend Beaudesert Liquid Waste. Great job Raymond keep up the good work all the guys at B.L.W Services.

I definitely recommend this company. Great value and the person who attended my home had great customer service, answered all my questions and cleaned up after himself. He must have thought he tipped over my peg basket and picked them all up but it was my son who didn't pick them up from the previous day? so extra service with no extra cost. Would recommend to my neighbour's.
