Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Back out now before you waste all your money. Their carpet *absorbs* all the stains, wear and tear. They advertise it as 'stain resistant', 'pet friendly' and all that - but it's the opposite, and their warranty is so limited that everything is excluded. Anything and everything that touches the carpet is simply absorbed into the fibres. Their manual has a list of all the things that could happen, and then 12 different ways to clean it, and NONE of them do anything. And if you use any decent carpet cleaner, the whole area becomes faded and the stain still remains.

I spent $7k, and after only *3 months* their advice is to get all the stains replaced for a whopping $4.2k. Noway, going to have to replace the whole lot with a new carpet and a different brand. Absolute garbage product and terrible service. Whatever you do, avoid avoid avoid. I'm not the only one, look at the other reviews.

If there was an option for zero stars or even a minus star, I would be selecting that.
This carpet looked amazing in the showroom and when it was first laid, but then in just went downhill fast.
The carpet had somehow absorbed the timber stain from our coffee table, which we've had for years and been on other carpet with no problems. No amount of cleaning has ever gotten this up.
The carpet can't handle high traffic areas even though it (and the carpet retailer) says it can.
The carpet is NOT stain resistant and unless you use Electrodry every time you have a spill or to do a clean for maintenance then you void your "warranty"
Customer service from both Beaulieu and Flooring Xtra Toowoomba are a joke and very dismissive.
Very disappointing when you think by supporting local qld companies you would be getting better.
$7K down the drain.
If you need carpet for your place do not get anything from Beaulieu. A used office carpet square from the tip would be better!

Terrible carpet. Avoid at all costs. We have since had beautiful wool carpet installed and had it for 5 years now and not a mark on it. No cleaning issues and looks brand new. Yes a rep came to look at the old Beaulieu carpet and after a 2 minute inspection spoke about her sister-in-laws carpet and dismissed mine as normal wear and tear. Since having beautiful carpet installed by another company we have had not one issue and carpet looks brand new.

Buying carpet is like buying a car, you need to service it regularly and have a major service once a year! The same goes with carpet, vacuum it at least a couple of times a week and a full deep steam clean every year.
I have used Beaulieu on many many occasions and their carpet is great!, they have the cheap to the expensive but it all must be maintained!!

Six months from installation seems like a short time to see obvious tread marks in the carpet (with only two people in the household) but according to the production team that is perfectly acceptable for Beaulieu. Unfortunately our builder supplied this carpet and we didnt look too much into it, but if you are building please do your research on all the suppliers! We will need to recarpet our house within two years.... such a shame and a waste.

Beaulieu Australia. Not a pleasant experience dealing with a warranty issue with this company. They hide behind the age old comment of "You must have spilt something on the carpet to damage it, you are not covered under warranty"!! Our Carpet supplier had seen our issue before and knew we had a manufacturing fault. Beaulieu sent out a rep who had never seen it before and although was told by the Carpet supplier is was a fault and covered by another reputable carpet company without question, Beaulieu were not interested at all. They could not provide any evidence of the said damage we had in their view caused and after contacting them after just one email our further emails were not answered or responded to in any way. Not even a phone call. This company sends you a huge email detailing it's customer service and warranty information and replies to your issue in 2 sentences. Do not use if you want reliability and a company that stands by its word.

buyers beware !!! beaulieu carpet purchased from carpet court cranbourne was a problem from the start , first lot of carpet 4 metres by 2 metres had side edge uneven colour match faults ,second lot replaced with the same fault ,not very good quality control, still waiting for compensation as I don't think its worth giving them a third chance who knows what we will end up with !!! only good thing for this carpet is to use it in our dogs kennel as he s colour blind ,it wont worry him !!!

I have purchased a Beaulieu Carpet. It's easy to maintain with regular maintenance and comes up brand new every time. Highly recommend!!
