Went to buy a new bed today at Bedshed in Claremont. Upon entering the store we were warmly greeted by Eric, whose service and knowledge were excellent. They had a good range of beds and mattresses to select from and we were able to find what we wanted.

Cannot fault the service and care from the team at Bedshed Claremont. Highly recommend buying your bed here - excellent quality beds and top service. We have always purchased our beds here and never been disappointed; but recently had an issue with a new bed. They dealt with it very quickly, courteously and found a solution that worked for us. Thank you Bedshed for being such lovely people who actually listen to your customers! Can't fault the pricing either - extremely competitive.

2am and I’m lying here with my body wracked in pain and feeling like it’s totally broken.
Eight months of “lying/sleeping” in nothing but excruciating pain and aches.
It’s one of Bedshed’s “highest quality” king size beds, our second one, and it’s breaking us.
Our bodies are so sore and stiff and swollen that we literally can’t stand up when trying to get out of bed.

My wife took a bus back to the shop to go plead our case again, and was told well it’s kinda too late but our Manager will call you back to discuss.
No call. Nothing. Zero.

Just lying here at 02H30 again, wracked in pain on their top of the range bed.

Very good at selling the bed, very bad at actually giving you the bed. My number one priority that I told the sales assistant was that I wanted a bed that was available as soon as possible (otherwise I would have been ordering it from temple&webster for 1/4 the price). For this reason I bought an ex showroom mattress, that ended up having blood stains on it that were on the side of the bed that was covered up by sheets, not the side peeled back to show me. I’ve been sleeping on this dirty mattress on the floor for more than a month while my enquiries about the bed base went repeatedly unanswered. When I finally spoke to someone I was told in a very blasé manner that it’s sitting in the warehouse, do I want it delivered? I asked since I’ve been waiting so long if they could expedite my delivery. No. I have to wait two more days for next available. Then the base was delivered without legs, therefore unusable. That was another night sleeping on the floor. The base arrived dented/faulty but the thought of waiting another month is not an option so I didn’t even mention it. The only people there who showed any respect or care over this past month were the delivery guys, so thank you guys.
