My pensioner parents purchased a "Chiro Flex Essence 1200 QB Adjustable Base" along with the matching "Thrive QB Mattress" from Bedshed in late November and delivered two weeks later. However, upon inspection, we noticed that the delivery box for the adjustable base did not display the correct brand name, and the model number listed was "Aquarius-B" instead of "Chiro Flex Essence 1200."
We immediately raised this issue with the delivery person and later contacted the store. Despite this, both store personnel and their distributor insisted that the product delivered was either the correct item or the "same" as the one we ordered.
Store manager later reiterated that the product was "the same" and refused to provide a refund or exchange for the item we had originally purchased despite the screenshot of the product user's manual that store send to us noted different brand "DREMOTION" and model as "AQUARIUS-B 200 SERIES".
Consumers should receive the exact brand and model they have paid for, and any substitute products should be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
The store has been misleading and dishonest behaviour towards customers.

Would you buy from a place that purposely rips you off? Give it a second thought and go to another bedshed as this bedshed intentionally did just that. My daughter just turned 18 and saved for a new mattress. She purchased one at the Cockburn store. They never once told her about the 7 day price promise. The mattress took 2 weeks to arrive after being told it would be a couple of days, when she went to collect it the price was $200 less and she asked if they would honour the price as it was late and now cheaper. This is when she found out about the price promise and was told it was too late. I wonder if this is all a set up? Seeing as it conveniently is outside of the 7 days when she finally is advised it has arrived. The terms and conditions on the paperwork don’t even talk about the price promise. With the prices of things so high and people struggling you would think that it would be the decent thing to do and give the young girl her hard earned money back, but no. Shame on you Bedshed Cockburn you knew you were going to be cheaper and you intentionally deceived an 18 year old girl. My advise is buy from another Bedshed not Cockburn!

I purchased an almost $5000 mattress from bedshed cockburn less than 4 years ago and I have been trying to submit a warranty claim for 8 months and the customer service I have received has been horrific. The mattress needed to be professionally cleaned due to the waterproof mattress protector I was sold by bedshed failed so I had it professionally cleaned (even though I already had and had lost the receipt) spoke to the store manager who was so incredibly rude and condescending and spoke to me like I knew nothing. Submitted the new receipt and I heard nothing for 3 weeks despite me chasing up and then was met with “oh so and so was away and she has been dealing with it”. Warranty submitted and told that it was normal body impressions (the mattress is incredibly soft compared to when I brought it) but no mention of how loose the fabric was. Was told if I paid they would reconsider, wasn’t until I asked if they took it away where was I expected to sleep that there was a ‘loan’ mattress. There was no mention that the mattress protector has a warranty too (I only found that out after my close friend that works at another bedshed told me). So now not only am I out what I paid for the dud mattress, I’m expected to pay even more out of pocket to have it inspected even after the rudeness and barriers o have been met with at every point. Having purchased a similar mattress from snooze previously, the customer service I received from snooze was phenomenal. I’m very disappointed

Store was very spacious and all beds looked lovely on display. Numerous staff all very well dressed and acknowledged us not long after we entered. Linda asked what we were looking for and narrowed our selection down in minutes. It was the best customer service within the centre. Other stores didn’t know we were seriously looking to buy because they didn’t ask! Our bedroom suite was delivered and assembled yesterday and looks amazing. Thank you Jarryd for being on time and taking care in our brand new home. We are so happy and will be back for the kids rooms next. Thank you Bedshed and the team at Cockburn.

The lady who first helped me to in regards to finding a new matress was wonderful (5 stars for her) I wish I could remember her name as she was so helpful. Yet when it came to purchasing the item I was sent to do so with Priscilla. Priscilla's etiquette could definitely improve. Yes, you may be the manager (I think) but as a sales person you need to be able to communicate tastefully and respectfully.

It was the experience of looking for a mattress that we’ve been looking for. Oman helped us, and she had so much care for us and our kids that came along with us. She personalised everything to our needs and made sure that we walked out of the door with everything that we needed, at a great price too. Couldn’t recommend her, and bedshed, enough.
