Bought a new mattress here in January. Lovely Scottish woman (Theresa?) helped us. She was just the right mix of informative, providing assistance and then leaving us to make our own decision. Great customer service: a rarity these days! She also gave us a great deal! Will definitely return for all future mattress needs.

Today we purchased a King base and mattress and the fellow who helped us through the process was Glynn.
Now, I would just like to make this review on the service we received from Glynn.
We sat outside the store waiting for it to open at 11am. Glynn was in the process of opening up and putting the signage out and told us to "come in and I'll be with you shortly", which we did and he appeared and asked if we needed a hand. Initially, we were ok just looking and eventually, we decided we did need help in deciding. Glynn was more than obliging in doing so.
Glynn is everything a customer sales person SHOULD be : friendly, helpful, talkative and not pushy, looking for a sale.
A very good salesperson who I feel needs to be recognised.

Theresa was superb in assisting my disabled sister in selecting the most suitable mattress with bedding. Theresa has a very good understanding of customer needs and her product knowledge is impressive. Theresa also arranged delivery & displayed genuine empathy for my sister. Glynn got the hookups,, hooked me up with a bangin deal on this mattress, the coolest of sales reps and gives you a good laugh. 10/10 would business with glynn again.
