Cute, interesting museum the whole family enjoyed. Was great to be able to step into the buildings and get a feel for life back then. Lot's of information and a great printing press presentation. We ate in the cafe which was reasonably priced and had a nice outdoor seating area. All the workers and volunteers were friendly and helpful.

This is such a lovely spot, for a picnic, to enjoy the cafe, to admire the art gallery and of course - learn about the history of the area. The volunteers have taken SUCH great care in caring for this beautiful place.

The volunteers were incredibly helpful and welcoming, we’ll be back here and we’ll bring others to enjoy!

Kids loved it . Such an amazing experience for kids and adults. Staff are really friendly, really well priced for a cheap and fun day out,the little Cafe is situated in a beautiful area just beside the aboriginal shows they do at night. Would live to catch that show!

While a large village with big displays not at all set up for disability access. Taking a person with a walker was challenging with several places not able to access. Gravel car park and even entry where you pay with steps and inaccessible. Toilet signs pointed to toilets then had to work out how to go around to find access. Place could be so much better with new paths and access. I am saying this compared to Cleveland or Beaudesert both with superior access. In fairness Beenleigh is by far largest.

Just off the motorway at Beenleigh it’s tucked in opposite Mitre 10. It cost $4 a person and then extra for jumping castle, pony rides or petting zoo. There was heaps to see and do for the kids or those who are historically inclined. They have a variety of demos to enjoy throughout the day which are well run by the staff. There’s also a coffee shop / cafe available. The images will give you a feel for what your money gets you but for $16 for a family of 4 it was a great morning and early arvo out. Not much parking so you have to park on the road. Jumping castle is small but there’s heaps of animals in the small petting zoo area.

It's very cute, not as big as some of the other places i have gone. Where to pay entry fee was very confusing, no volunteers around the area anywhere, ended up paying entry at the cafe after our vist, many people had the same issues
